Membership
Bright Pup Academy is an online course and community. Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the course modules, downloads, monthly live Q&As, and the private Skool community for as long as your membership is active. Sharing your account credentials or course materials with non-members is not permitted.
Billing
Monthly memberships are billed every 30 days. Annual memberships are billed once per year. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused partial periods outside of the 30-day Prevention Promise.
30-day Prevention Promise
If you complete the Day 1 Setup Checklist, work through the first three modules, and apply the prevention framework with your puppy, and your puppy isn't calmer, more predictable, and easier to live with after 30 days, email veronica@brightpupacademy.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund every penny.
No professional advice
Bright Pup Academy provides educational content based on Veronica's 12+ years of hands-on puppy training experience. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice, behavior modification for adult dogs with existing issues, or in-person professional training for severe behavioral concerns. Consult your veterinarian for any health-related questions about your puppy.
Intellectual property
All course content, videos, downloads, written materials, and community posts inside Bright Pup Academy are the intellectual property of Bright Pup Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
